laughter is essential.it's one of chief ingredients of mental health.we have a genuine need to take a break from life's harsh realities,to act like a nut, to roar with laughter, to delight in absurd, to chuckle at cartoon, to tell and hear jokes, to see funny movies, and to do wacky thing.laughter makes people mind more freely.when u laugh,people around u will happy.at least they know u' re in a good mood
